Our company has 1,000 square meters of land and is equipped with 200 sets of punch presses, 6 sets of friction presses and 120 sets of automatic polishing machines. We also have advanced ultrasonic wave cleaners from South Korea and 6 sets of hydraulic presses from Taiwan and Japan. These advanced machines enable us to manufacture 240,000 sets of product each month, 90% of them are for export, i.e. we can export 180,000 sets monthly.

In addition, we have our own material laboratory, and perform chemical analysis in-house to ensure product safety, our 15 QC inspectors work under ISO9001 guidelines and our R&D team can make 3 - 6 new designs each month.
